Are you a newcomer in the kingdom of Alsius? then read these tips

Welcome newcomer, here are some important things that you should know if you have just joined the game:

• When you were making your character, you had 5 points to distribute. Once your character is made, you CANNOT re-distribute these 5 points (unless you pay real money). Have you distributed them correctly? ask in Alsius chat now before you level any further ... you haven't played much yet, so it is worth deleting your character and re-creating it if you find that you have done it incorrectly.
  

My suggestion for different classes:

1. Archer (+5 Dexterity)
2. Mage (+5 Intelligence)
3. Warrior (+5 Strength/+5 Intelligence)

• From time to time, you find rocks and treasures on the ground. Pick them all up. If there's "magnanite" in them, DO NOT SELL IT to merchants. Keep them, soon enough you will learn what they are for. Also, do not sell them to other players until you are fully aware what they are.
• For almost all quests, you need to find NPCs (non-playing-characters or computer characters) and locations. To find these places and characters easily:

1. Press "U" and study the quest description carefully, they often tell you (clearly) where you have to go and what you need to do.
   
2. Use the maps here on this blog to find NPCs quickly without needing to ask other players.
3. Press "V" when you are in cities, to view the names of NPCs over their heads.
